What if I am not finding the product I am looking for?

Not all of our products offered in our store are up on-line. If you’re not seeing what you normally pick up in store please give us a call and we can add it to your in-store pick up order. 

 

What if one of the products I order is out of stock in the store?

If one of your products is out-of-stock at the time of order we will contact you via phone when we go to pick the order. We will offer a replacement of a similar item, or give you an ETA on item you are wishing to pick up. If the product will be out longer than you’d like to wait for it, we can easily return that item to your credit card.

 

What are your pick up hours?

You can pick up any time our retail store is open, once you’ve received notification via e-mail that your order is ready for pick up. Please call ahead if you are wanting to pick up on a Holiday, our hours may vary on Holidays.

Our retail hours are 

8am-6pm Monday through Friday

8am-5pm Saturday

 

How do I order?

You can place your order on on our website, mightypet.net or call the store at 906-424-4196 to place a phone over!

Do my online orders qualify for your Frequent Buyer programs?

Yes. If you register with the same e-mail/phone number you used to register for our loyalty program in-store it will allow you use the program on-line as well! Eligible food purchases will also receive frequent buyer benefits.
